Many of my counseling sessions don’t follow a predictable or seamless path, and quite a few seem to end abruptly. Early in my career, this used to worry me. However, over time, clients often reach out via email—sometimes even sending gifts, to express gratitude for the timely help they received. This experience taught me a powerful lesson: never underestimate the human capacity for personal adjustment and growth.
