- Building small recovery buffers into the day rather than waiting for a single “vacation” to reset
- Reducing decision fatigue by automating or simplifying routine choices
- Treating minor irritants as cumulative data, not isolated nuisances โ a bad week of small stuff deserves the same attention as a single big stressor
