CIRPE – Centre for Improving Relationship and Personal Effectiveness

CIRPE, an initiative of the Subamahi Charitable Foundation, is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, psychological well-being, and personal growth within the community. We provide professional counselling, psychotherapy, training, and mental health education for individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties.

Our work focuses not only on treatment and support, but also on empowering people through awareness, prevention, and psychological skill development to lead healthier and more meaningful lives.

Our Services

  • Mental Health Awareness Programs
    Creating awareness about mental health, emotional well-being, stress management, relationships, and psychological resilience to reduce stigma and encourage help-seeking behavior.
  • Counselling and Psychotherapy
    Providing professional psychological support for individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and groups facing emotional, behavioral, or relationship challenges.
  • Psychological Skills Training
    Conducting training programs and workshops that promote emotional intelligence, coping skills, communication, resilience, self-awareness, parenting skills, and overall psychological wellness.
